For Educators – Bay Area Discovery Museum

For Educators

The Bay Area Discovery Museum (BADM) works with schools, educators, and students to offer engaging school visit programs for preschool through fifth grade classrooms! In 2017, we launched the Try It Truck, an engineering-lab-on-wheels that travels directly to schools and learning environments in the Bay Area to provide hands-on, early engineering experiences to children in kindergarten through fifth grade.

BADM also facilitates the Connections program, through which we partner with selected schools to provide free STEM programming to more than 1,700 preschoolers in the Bay Area, and organizes professional development courses for teachers and school administrators.
