Fab Lab
The World’s First Early Learning Fab Lab
Fab Labs are maker spaces with digital fabrication technology such as 3-D printers, laser cutters, and vinyl cutters. Our Fab Lab is the world’s first for early learning, enabling children to intentionally build science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) skills through hands-on learning. Exhibit entry is free for members and included in the price of museum admission.
What’s in the Fab Lab?
Fab Lab A: Move to the groove in our Dance Studio! Rigamajig has been moved outside to Festival Plaza.
Fab Lab B: Join us for a hands-on program led by our Museum Educators. See below for times and programs.
Fab Lab C: Create tall buildings, bridges, entire cities, and more using KEVA Planks, stackable wooden planks.
