Wobbleland opens at the Bay Area Discovery Museum on Saturday, January 18, 2020.
BADM’s new traveling exhibit encourages children and their families to play with their food! We’re transforming our traveling exhibit space into an oversized kitchen sink, where babies and toddlers can crawl, climb, and play on plush sculptures of favorite foods. Set sail on a watermelon boat or crawl through a giant cheese slice in this exhibit designed for our littlest visitors in mind. Each colorful sculpture was designed by California artist, Marisol Rendón.
The Bay Area Discovery Museum is proud to be the first museum to host Wobbleland as a traveling exhibit.
The museum is currently closed due to the COVID-19 situation. Please check back for updates.
Wobbleland offers children age 0-4 a chance to explore the world around them through creative sculptures. Sculptures include:
- Avocado Teeter-Totter
- Cantaloupe Slice Rocker
- Watermelon Boat
- Crawl-Through Cheese Slice
- Giant Faucet, Run-Through Running “Water”
- Tomato Stacking Game
- And More!
Explore the whimsical world of Wobbleland, coming January 18!
This exhibit is open each day at the Bay Area Discovery Museum beginning January 18, 2020.
