Winter at BADM
Celebrate a new season with BADM! Discover outdoor and virtual fun with your family.
Located at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge on 7.5 acres of National Park land in Sausalito, BADM is designed for children 6 months to 10 years old. The museum is open with modifications. The recent changes to the state and regional Stay-Home orders allow outdoor recreation areas to remain open, giving us the opportunity to welcome families back to the museum.
Reservations are required for both outdoor visits and virtual programs due to limited capacity.

Bubble Garden
Step into our enchanted bubble garden and experience bubbles of all sizes and colors!
Mud Kitchen
Whip up mud cakes, cookies, pies and more tasty treats using real cooking equipment in our outdoor Mud Kitchen.
Lookout Cove
Children of all ages are invited to play and explore in Lookout Cove, our 2.5-acre outdoor exhibit featuring natural elements and iconic Bay Area landmarks!
Obstacle Course
Get active in BADM’s outdoor obstacle course. Children will be challenged to balance, run, crawl, and move their bodies in creative ways to navigate the course.
Wobbleland
Now outdoors! Children 42 inches and below "play with their food" and explore the world around them through soft and squishy creative sculptures!
Virtual Programs
Bring BADM home this winter with live virtual programs! Use Zoom to interact LIVE with a BADM educator as your family is guided through new learning experiences.
