Goblin Jamboree
Join us for Goblin Jamboree, a spooktacular Halloween family fundraising event! You and your little witches, ghosts, or ghouls will love unique Halloween-themed programs like Build-a-Beast or Slime Swap. Costumes encouraged, so make sure your children come fully decked out to have a blast while raising funds to provide joyful learning to every Bay Area child! Tickets available through the event page.
Big Art Weekend
Have your children ever wanted to paint on the walls? This is their chance! Celebrate the artist within us all through diverse art forms like music, sculpture, paint, dance, textiles, and mud. With supplies provided and messes handled by the museum, families can enjoy a fun, stress-free day of artistic exploration and community celebration. Included in membership and general admission.
Noon Year’s Eve
Ring in the new year without keeping your kids (or you!) up past bedtime. Our Noon Year’s Eve celebration is perfect for the whole family with a live DJ and dance party, festive programming, and a thrilling countdown to the ball drop at noon. Included in membership and general admission.
Discovery at Dusk
Even grownups like to play! Join us for our annual fundraiser featuring adult-approved programming, slippery rides on the Gumnut Grove slide (if you dare!), along with cocktails and tunes at the museum’s fabulous campus against the spectacular backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge.
PRIDE
Celebrate love, identity, and self-expression with activities that let your little ones’ creativity soar. Design your own rainbow wings, explore what makes you you with self-portrait collages, and enjoy Drag Storytimes. Cap off the day with a lively Pride Parade through the museum grounds! It’s a day to learn, play, and celebrate every family’s unique story. Included in membership and general admission.
