STEM Superhero Series

Kids unleash their creative powers to solve challenges, try out new ideas, and engage in STEM-based programming! Festival dates: April 14-15, May 12-13, and June 9-10.


Goblin Jamboree

Each October, celebrate Halloween at the Bay Area Discovery Museum with a fun-filled weekend of spooky programs and activities for the whole family.


Noon Year’s Eve

Every year on December 31, we celebrate the New Year with a kid-friendly celebration, complete with a noon-time ball drop.

Member Meetups

Reserved for members only, Member Meetups feature a facilitated hands-on art and STEM project for children.


Member Storytime

Reserved for members only, Member Storytime features a Museum Educator who brings a book to life through puppets, props, and group interaction.

Creativity Forum is a fundraiser and thought leadership luncheon for educators, parents, business leaders, and the research community.


Creativity Talks

The Bay Area Discovery Museum and its Center for Childhood Creativity present Creativity Talks, a free biannual thought leadership presentation, which features prominent speakers on the topics of creativity, early childhood education, STEM education and more.
