On March 28–29, the entire museum becomes a vibrant art studio where kids dive into color, texture, and movement. The best part? We’ve got the mess covered!

Festival Activities

Hands-on activities, creative fun, and art-inspired play for the whole family!

Monster Mansion

Build-a-Boo! Your little creature creator will mold their own monster buddy with squishy dough and silly bits—then craft a cozy mansion just for them.

Deep Sea Slime

Dive into the ooey-gooey deep! Kids will squish, swirl, and glow with slime inspired by mysterious ocean depths.

Ghost Writing

Now you see it, now you don’t! Kids doodle secret messages and spooky scribbles that vanish right before their eyes. Magic? Maybe. Science? Definitely.

Magic Brew

Stir up some seasonal magic! In the Mud Kitchen, pint-sized potion-makers mix and mash nature’s ingredients into pretend potions with mystical (and colorful) results.
