Join us on June 29 for a vibrant Pride celebration tailored for young families.
Our Pride programming, crafted by early childhood education experts, offers a playful and profound exploration of self-expression and the diverse spectrum of human experience. All programming is included in general admission:
- 💫 Member Hour Pride Giveaway | 9 -10 a.m. Members kick off Pride and choose from rainbow tattoos, stickers and flags. Plus, get a free Pride book as supplies last. Free coffee and milk options for mini members.
- 🌈 Rainbow Wings | 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. or until supplies run out. Craft vibrant wings and let your spirit soar in a burst of color.
- 🖼️ Proud to Be Me | 1 - 3 p.m. Create a self-portrait collage that captures the unique essence of what makes you, you.
- 📖 Drag Storytime | 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., 1 - 2 p.m. Experience the magic of storytelling with fabulous drag performers celebrating LGBTQIA+ families.
- 🫶 Love Prints | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Join Simone Lassar in creating foam etch love prints that celebrate love in all its forms.
- Out & About Mobile Bookshop | 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Our friends at Out and About Mobile Bookstore share stories, songs and games that celebrate LGBTQIA+ families.
- 🏳️🌈 Pride Parade: Cap off a day of discovery and expression with a joyous parade through the Museum. Parade starts at 3:30 pm as we near museum closing time.
Members get in free to our Pride Celebration, and do NOT need tickets
Admission Pass or Discount
- To use Guest Passes or gain admission through our Access Programs, including Museums for All (EBT), admission passes, or other discounts, simply check in at the front desk; you are guaranteed admission. If using the Museums for All (EBT) program, admission is limited to 6 family members per card.
- Ticket reservations for these passes do not need to be made in advance.
- If it's your first time visiting the museum, please register on our website for a more efficient check-in process.
