What to Expect at Your Next BADM Visit

Welcome back BADM Member families, visitors, and Bay Area community! We’ve missed you, and are so excited to see you back at the museum.

Here are some things to know ahead of your next visit:

What_To_Expect_Tree

All outdoor experiences are open. Indoor spaces are reopening in phases. Wobbleland and Bay Hall are currently open.

What_To_Expect_Clock

The museum is open Wednesday - Sunday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Member hour is 9 - 10 a.m.

What_To_Expect_Tickets_w_Phone

Advance ticket reservations are required for entry. Tickets are free for members. Reserve Tickets

What_To_Expect_Clock_w_Tickets

There is no time limit to your visit. Your timeslot indicates your window of arrival to the museum.

What_To_Expect_Mask

All visitors 2 years and older are required to wear a face covering. Face Shields are not an acceptable face covering (for children or adults).

What_To_Expect_Phsyical_Distancing

New physical distancing markers are in place at the entrance and throughout the grounds.

What_To_Expect_Cleaning

Our rigorous cleaning schedule ensures that everything on-site is cleaned every two hours.

What_To_Expect_Handwash

Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer are available throughout the museum.

What_To_Expect_Food_Utensils

You are welcome to bring your own food to enjoy at on-site picnic tables. Bean Sprouts Cafe is open for grab & go snacks.

What_To_Expect_Reeentry

You can get a re-entry sticker from the front desk if you need to leave the site to take a break from their face covering.
