BADM is currently unable to host birthday parties. We are looking forward to welcoming you back to BADM as soon as we can.

Nobody throws a birthday party like the Bay Area Discovery Museum (BADM)! All BADM birthday parties include:

  • All-day museum admission for guests.
  • Staff help with setup and cleanup.
  • Play and activity corner.
  • Free parking in front of the museum.

Hey Members!
BADM Members receive an annual $25 credit on any party.

Booking and Payment:

We recommend booking at two to three months in advance.
Full payment is required at the time of registration.


Cancellation Up to 2 Weeks Prior to Event
You will receive a full refund, minus a $150 administrative fee.

Cancellation Less Than 2 Weeks Prior to Event
You will be refunded 50% of the payment. This is valid up to the day of your party.

All of our party packages allow for outside vendors for catering. Bean Sprouts Cafe, the onsite cafe, offers a wide variety of party platters and a la carte offerings. See full menu here.

Balloons of any kind are not allowed at the museum due to National Park Service regulation.
