• Pre-party call with our Events Manager for a stress-free, joyful celebration 

• All-day museum access for guests 

• 2-hour exclusive use of a private decorated space 

• Additional 30-minute set-up and 30-minute breakdown for the party host supported by Events Team 

• Essentials for your party: tables, chairs, tablecloths, compostable plates, cups, napkins and utensils, as well as serving supplies 

• DIY party activity  

Parties at the museum are held on Saturdays and Sundays with two time options: 10 AM – 12PM and 1:30 – 3:30PM. 

• All attendees count toward capacity (except the birthday child and children under 1).
• Additional guests are $20 per person, as space allows. 
• Memberships and general admission tickets are not valid for party entry. 

• You have 30 minutes before and after your party for personal setup and pack-up. 
  Museum staff handle setup of provided materials and all cleanup.

• Hosts arrange all food and drinks, including ice. Outside food, delivery, or vendors are welcome. No open flames or alcohol permitted. 
• We have compiled a list of recommended vendors here.

• Minimum of one adult for every five children. 

• Music is allowed in all spaces. Bluetooth speakers or sound systems are provided depending on location. Please keep music family friendly.

• Book both morning and afternoon slots and receive 10% off your total booking.

• Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance are subject to a 10% administrative fee. 
• Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance forfeit 50% of the booking fee. 
• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance forfeit the full booking fee.
