Bay Area Discovery Museum's School Programs offer a variety of fun, hands-on, NGSS-aligned programs for your PreK - 5th graders at the museum and in your school.

Our programs are multidisciplinary - integrating science, art, math, & engineering (STEAM) design learning. Let's Think, Make, Try® together!

Discover-it-Yourself Field Trips

Discover-It-Yourself (DIY) Visits are self-guided field trips to the museum for students and adults.

Try It Truck

The Try It Truck is Bay Area Discovery Museum’s engineering-lab-on-wheels, an exciting way to bring our newly redesigned STEAM programming to your school, camp or library!

Workshops at Your Site

Bring a bit of the museum to your classroom with our STEAM Workshops! Workshops provide hands-on, multi-sensory explorations of STEAM concepts while encouraging risk-taking, collaborative problem solving and creative thinking.
