We make every day easier for caregivers! Explore over 7 acres of exhibits under the Golden Gate Bridge designed for children ages 0-8 and their families. The best part is no clean-up or fuss is necessary, just plan your visit!

All programs, exhibits, and festivals are free for members or included in the price of admission.

Regular Hours

Wednesday - Sunday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Member Hour: 9 – 10 a.m.
Closed: Monday and Tuesday

The museum will be open Monday - Sunday, April 8 - 14 for Spring Break

Clay Play

The Art Studios closes at 3:30 p.m.

Mold your imagination: Explore the endless creative expression as you roll, twist, pinch and press clay.

Paint My Ride

A car can be a canvas too! Work together to layer colorful paints, vibrant shapes and curious patterns and witness the transformation of a vehicle into a joyful, imaginative work of art.

Tot Spot

Infants and toddlers stretch their imaginations and satisfy their curiosity as they crawl, toddle, feel and hop their way through Bay and Forest themed environments designed just for them.

Gumnut Grove

Children experience the wonders of nature as they run, play and climb through 3 large treehouses nestled in the canopy of Fort Baker's majestic trees. Designed for our 5 - 8 year old visitors.

Lookout Cove

Lookout Cove is a 2.5-acre interactive outdoor exploration area featuring natural elements and iconic Bay Area landmarks for children to play on. All Ages.

Bay Hall

Children enjoy a playful simulation of the Ports of San Francisco and Oakland. Bay Hall features boats, the wharf, and an underwater tunnel, plus vintage train sets. All ages.
