Visits from Santa and his reindeer will help make this month festive

Sausalito, CA – The holiday season is officially upon us, and the Bay Area Discovery Museum (BADM) is full of festive cheer. Throughout the month of December, BADM is proud to present winter-themed events, activities, and programs designed to help families experience the magic of the season. See calendar listings below for events in December.

CALENDAR LISTINGS

Reindeer Visit BADM
We may not get actual snow at BADM this year, but we will be getting a visit from Snowflake and Blizzard! Come visit BADM on weekends this December for a chance to meet Snowflake and Blizzard, two live reindeer that will be joining us at the museum. Watch them roam around Lookout Cove, and learn from their experienced handlers about their diet, migration patterns, and the unique characteristics that have allowed them to thrive in extreme environments.
Reindeer will be at BADM Saturday and Sunday, December 2-3; 9-10; 16-17; and Saturday, December 23.
