Sausalito, CA – Each October, the Bay Area Discovery Museum (BADM) transforms its site to welcome Bay Area families for its annual Halloween celebration, Goblin Jamboree. This year, we invite you to Set Sail on the Spooky Seas at the annual two-day festival. Creative themed programming and fun activities make this a can’t-miss event for the entire family, and the perfect way to kick-off your Halloween celebrations. Goblin Jamboree: Set Sail on the Spooky Seas
Hoist the anchor and cruise on over to BADM for the longest-running Halloween festival in Marin! On October 19 and 20, BADM will transform into a family-friendly spooky spectacular that will get everyone in the Halloween spirit! Take a seat at a Slime Banquet in the captain’s quarters, show off your creativity during Treasure Chest Design, or make waves in Ocean Experiments. This annual museum fundraiser is the perfect way to kick-off your family’s Halloween celebrations in style. Don’t forget your costume!

BADM Members receive a special ticket price of $17.95. General admission is $20.95. All programs and activities are included in the price of admission.
Celebrate Bay Day at BADM
On October 5, the entire Bay Area will be celebrating Bay Day – including BADM! Bay Day is an annual opportunity to explore and experience the beauty of the Bay, and at BADM, we’re featuring a special program for all visitors. During Bay Cleanup, children will use recycled materials to invent a unique device that can be used for cleaning pollution from the Bay. Join us!

October STEM and Art Programs
Each visit to BADM is an opportunity to engage children in programs that explore STEM and art topics through fun, hands-on activities. In October, children can explore the science of sound by building their own Wind Chimes, or can have an adventure in the Art Studios when they go Tiny Camping. Join us for these and other STEM and Art Programs throughout the month of October!
