With mind-blowing exhibits, outdoor adventures, Golden Gate views and enough fun to tire out the most energetic kids, we've got you covered for a day of non-stop giggles and unforgettable memories.
Summer Hours:
Open everyday except Tuesday, starting Memorial Day, May 27 – Labor Day, September 2
General Admission: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Member-only Hour: 9 – 10 a.m.

Step into a world where imagination knows no bounds. Explore the sandy shores of BADM Beach, embark on a thrilling tree-top adventure through Gumnut Grove and more!
For Kids 0-3+
Wobbleland
Infants and toddlers 42" and under have exclusive reign in Wobbleland’s giant kitchen sink.
Mud Kitchen
In Mud Kitchen, children use pots, pans, baking sheets, and even an old school stove to whip up mud pies, mud cakes, and more.
For Kids 4-6:
Lookout Cove
Lookout Cove is a 2.5-acre interactive outdoor exploration area featuring natural elements and iconic Bay Area landmarks for children to play on. All Ages.
Clay Play
The Art Studios closes at 3:30 p.m.
Mold your imagination: Explore the endless creative expression as you roll, twist, pinch and press clay.
For Kids 7-8:
Gumnut Grove
Children experience the wonders of nature as they run, play and climb through 3 large treehouses nestled in the canopy of Fort Baker's majestic trees. Designed for our 5 - 8 year old visitors.
Try It Studio
Think, Make, Try® with your child. Explore a giant drawing arm, tinker with tools and learn about patterns.
BADM Beach
Dig and explore the sand, engineer a sand sculpture, play or just relax in the sun (or fog) at the museum's very own beach with beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge!
